Glenn Mossman, President and CEO has worked in the parking industry since 1986. With a background in technical service and support, he moved into sales and ultimately management of the sales team. With 29 years of experience in all facets of an automated pay station program from concept, design, implementation and on-going support, the years of experience in this specialized field is beneficial to any pay station application.
Awards for achievement from agencies include: California College and University Police Chief’s Association, California Public Parking Association, California State University Parking Managers & the City of Irvine Police Association.
Vern Cash, Chief Technology Officer brings an extensive background in systems integration and project implementation. With over 20 years of experience in pay station support and installation, Vern has utilized his training obtained serving in the United States Navy. At Pacific Parking Systems, Inc, in addition to technical responsibilities, Vern works on customer integration set up, bid preparation, and also acts as liaison between customers and the manufacturer on all technical support needs.
Cheri Bergen came to Pacific Parking Systems, Inc, bringing years of experience she gained working at a leading aircraft company. She holds the dual positions of Office Manager and Customer Service Representative. As Office Manager, Cheri organizes and implements the daily running of the office. In addition, she takes product orders from customers and schedules maintenance calls and installations of equipment. As Customer Service Representative, Cheri works in all aspects as a liaison between the company and the customers. Though not a technician, she is instrumental in the implementation of credit card processing and hosting.
Pam Meyer, Accounting Manager, is a native Californian. She attended Long Beach City College and CSU Long Beach. After completing her education, she worked for seven years at a prominent accounting firm where she performed all phases of accounting from bank reconciliations to tax preparation. After moving to Orange County, she received a plaque from her employer, a municipal equipment sales company, in recognition of her record of clean audits with the State Board of Equalization. At Pacific Parking Systems, Inc, in addition to financial responsibilities, Pam acts as an executive assistant to management regarding: insurance coverage and certificates, group medical care, bid preparation, credit reports, office equipment; and also acts as liaison between management and leasing agent, CPA, general trade vendors and communication agents.
